Expand Student Opportunities at Bodhi
Bodhi is opening its campus space for local vendors and small businesses to offer extracurricular and enrichment programs for our students.
We’re seeking community partners who share our vision of creating meaningful, skill-building, and wellness-focused experiences for children.
We’re currently accepting proposals for established programs in these focus areas:
🐴 Equine education or horsemanship
🐐 4-H and small-animal care programs
🏋️♀️ Physical education, movement, or sports-based fitness
🎶 Music instruction and performance
🎨 Visual arts, crafts, and photography
🧘♀️ Yoga, mindfulness, and mental-wellness programs
💫 Access Bars® and restorative practices (calm, balance, and self-regulation)
🔬 STEM, robotics, and hands-on maker projects
Partnership Structure & Incentive Formula
Vendors will partner with the School through a semester space-rental agreement that supports collaboration and sustainability.
Your monthly fee is flexible and based on the number of our students who enroll in your program.
Formula:
T=(B+U)−(S×R)T = (B + U) - (S × R)T=(B+U)−(S×R)
B = Base monthly rent (facility use)
U = Utilities share
S = Average number of enrolled School students per week
R = Rent credit per student per week
The more of our students your program serves, the greater your rent credit — creating a shared-success model that rewards engagement and participation.
Vendor Requirements
All vendors and instructional staff must:

Have an active, established program or business

Hold a valid IVP fingerprint clearance card

Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification

Pass a background check prior to program start

Provide two (2) non-family professional references

Provide proof of liability insurance listing the School as an additional insured
